December 17, 2019The staff was great from start to finish. The receptionist welcomed me in a professional and courteous manner. Although I was not seen by Dr. Le, I was seen by Zeev, CRNP, who was helpful and also professional checking with Dr. Le by phone to insure that everything would be done to help me obtain the procedure while maintaining a safe procedure throughout, due to some special requirements needed because of my health and medical concerns. Ms. Danielle was especially helpful. Her demeanor and professionalism was only superseded by her kindness and thoroughness in arranging all of my required follow-ups with other doctors including pre-ops and lab work. A special thanks to her for her warmth, knowledge and professionalism.
