I just called to schedule an appointment as a new patient. The receptionist was very rude. It almost made me want to disconnect the call and choose another practice. Unfortunately, this is the only recommendation I received from my primary physician. I hope my in person experience is much better. This is not a very sufficient way to start a relationship.
