July 31, 2020I have nothing but praise for this practice. My first visit a year ago was with Dr Epstein. His professionalism, and concern impressed me. Earlier this month, I saw Inna Bardoff,CRNP when Dr. Epstein was unavailable. She treated me for a gastro experience, and advised if another attack should occur to contact her during the event to have lab work. This past week, I had a severe attack. I called the office and spoke to Linda (Secretary) and explained what was going on. She went to extra measures to locate Inna Bardoff who was at the Pikesville office, sent note of our conversation to her, transferred me to the Pikesville office and followed up with me by phone and questioned me that my request for orders for lab work were accomplished. I arrived at Labcorp within an hour and all orders were there. This practice and staff are exceptional. They met my every expectations.
