January 20, 2020Had an appointment for a colonoscopy today . Was greeted immediately and pleasantly. Paperwork was completed immediately, the waiting area was very modern , roomy, and clean, the nurse who took me back was very professional and friendly and she did an excellent job putting my iv in and it was not painful at all .She explained everything thoroughly. The cubicles were very modern , brightly lit and clean. I Met the anesthetist who was professional and friendly. The tech was very personable and Dr. Vaid came in to explain everything. He is very patient and easy to talk to and makes sure you understand everything. He then explained everything after the procedure and the recovery nurse was also very professional and caring and listened to my concerns. The entire team made the experience pleasant and made me feel at ease. The process is very streamlined and I highly recommend the center .
