Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Team

Inna Bardoff, CRNP received her BS in Community Health from The University of Maryland, College Park.  She obtained her Master of Science and RN licensure after completing studies at The University of Maryland School of Nursing.  She earned her Masters in Nursing from The George Washington School of Nursing and is a Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner. Mrs. Bardoff is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Denese Gaughan, CRNP received a BS in Nursing from University of Maryland. She went on to earn her Masters in Nursing degree from University of Maryland School of Medicine Acute Care Nurse Practitioner program.

Elizabeth George, PA-C, participated in a 5-year accelerated Physician Assistant program at King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania that allowed her to receive her Bachelor of Science in Medical Studies and then her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies.

Linda Kelly, CRNP received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Towson University. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Purdue Global University and is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner.

Cherish Hannah, PA-C, received her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from University of Maryland Baltimore County. She went on to obtain a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies degree from the University of Pittsburgh. She is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant and a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Keyonna M. Holmes was born and raised in Staten Island, New York.  She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing degree from Coppin State University. She is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She has served in many roles throughout her nursing career such as: Unit Manager, Charge Nurse, Nursing Supervisor and Preceptor. She has an extensive background in Long-term care and Medical-surgical nursing that has afforded her many skills. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Sarah Moffett, CRNP, received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Salisbury University. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Wilmington University and is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner.  She is a member of the American Association of Nurse practitioners.

Ninna Nana, PA-C, received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Towson University in Towson, Maryland. She went on to obtain a Master of Physician Assistant Practice degree from Campbell University in North Carolina. She is a Certified Physician Assistant and a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Zeev Nemirovsky, CRNP received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Towson University. He earned his Master of Science in Nursing from York College of Pennsylvania and is a Certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner.

Jocelyn Niemkiewicz, PA-C received her BA of Health Science from Saint Francis University. She went on to continue her education there and received her Masters of Physician Assistant degree.

James D. Shaffer, PA-C received a BA from Pennsylvania State University. He continued his education at Lock Haven University in Pennsylvania, earning a Masters of Health Science Degree and a certificate as a Physician Assistant. He is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA).

Young (Chris) Kim, CRNP received his BSN at the University of Maryland, School of Nursing (UMSON). He obtained his MSN at George Washington University and is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner.
